Join the Heart of Healing at Hemet Hills Post Acute Welcome to Hemet Hills Post Acute, our newly acquired skilled nursing facility located in the heart of Hemet, CA. With 178 beds and a mission to provide exceptional care for both short- and long‑term patients, we are building something special—and we'd love for you to be a part of it.   • Opportunities for growth within a rapidly expanding facility Your Role as an Activities Aide As an Activities Aide, you will help create meaningful moments and enriching experiences for our residents.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Leading engaging individual and group activities tailored to residents' interests and abilities
  • Providing personalized in-room activities such as music, reading, and creative projects for bed-bound residents
  • Assisting with the development of our monthly activity calendar
  • Maintaining safe, clean, and welcoming activity spaces
  • Communicating important updates to supervisors and caregivers to ensure each resident feels supported and seen What We're Looking For
  • Experience in a skilled nursing facility is a strong plus
  • Prior experience as an activity aide or activity director is highly preferred
  • CPR certification is a bonus
