Hosted by Special Needs Network, CAMP JPAC is an inclusive day camp for children ages 5-17, welcoming both neurodiverse and neurotypical children in a 60:40 classroom ratio. The camp runs Monday through Friday for one month and is divided into six age-based classrooms, each serving approximately 20 campers. Mornings focus on academics, while afternoons include enrichment activities such as art, dance, drama, and P.E., culminating in an end-of-camp showcase.CAMP JPAC
provides a supportive and engaging environment where children can learn, build confidence, and develop meaningful social connections.The Role:
BCBA or Master's Level Supervisor We are seeking experienced BCBAs or Master's Level Supervisors who are passionate about supporting children in an inclusive group setting and leading behavioral support efforts across camp classrooms. This is not a 1:1 role. Supervisors will work collaboratively with teachers, counselors, enrichment instructors, and behavior staff to ensure campers receive appropriate behavioral support while maintaining a positive and structured camp environment. Responsibilities Provide behavioral oversight and support across assigned classrooms Support Behavior Technicians and camp staff with implementation of proactive behavior strategies Provide in-the-moment coaching, modeling, and behavioral consultation to classroom teams Assist with behavior planning, crisis prevention, and de-escalation strategies when needed Promote inclusion, emotional regulation, and positive peer interactions among campers Collaborate with camp leadership to ensure a safe and supportive environment for all children Support transitions, routines, and participation during academic and enrichment activities Maintain professionalism and effective communication with staff and families as needed Requirements BCBA certification preferred OR Master's degree with completion of BCBA coursework Minimum 2 years of experience supporting children with autism and developmental disabilities Experience in school, camp, clinic, or group-based settings preferred Strong leadership, collaboration, and classroom management skills Experience supervising or mentoring behavior staff preferred CPR certification (or willingness to obtain before camp begins) QBS Certification preferred Must be available for the full camp duration Why JoinCAMP JPAC?
