Assists with the development of installion Single Sailor Liberty programming by collecting informion, offering insight, genering initiives th target the Junior Sailor populion, and ghering feedback from Junior Sailors on desired programs, accessibility, and availability. Manages the feedback process for program initiives and improvements through daily one-on-one service member interactions and discussions. Conducts the administrion of customer feedback surveys and provides comprehensive reporting on results as required. Assists with the development of contemporary marketing and engagement stregies, incorporing social media for efficient informion disseminion and program feedback. Assists MWR Marketing in creing, developing, and maintaining a strong social media brand presence, including video and photo content. Provides recommendions for improving the MWR and Liberty Programs and marketing stregies based on feedback. Distributes promotional and advertising merials and provides specific informion on planned events to the Junior Sailor populion. Serves as the subject mter expert (SME) on needs, preferences, and engagement level of the Junior Sailor populion onboard the installion. Promotes current and future MWR Program initiives with the primary objective of increasing Junior Sailor and Liberty eligible customer engagement transling to increased program utilizion and expansion of healthy physical and social lifestyle activities within the targeted community. Assists MWR point of contact in recruitment and coordinion of Liberty Ambassador Advisory Board members. Serves as a member of the MWR Liberty Ambassador Advisory Board. In collaborion with MWR, plans, presides over and facilites monthly installion level Junior Sailor Liberty programming planning meetings. Provides support to MWR staff by assisting in the execution of Liberty trips, outings, and programming, including support for MWR activities and trips, program scheduling, and contributions to after-action reports. Engages in discussions and may be required to brief leadership, such as the MWR Director and/or Installion Commanding Officer. Assists in developing and maintaining reports as required. The Liberty Brand Ambassador position serves to ensure th MWR understands and is meeting the recreions needs of the Junior Sailor within the local community. Work consists of briefing commands, having discussions with sailors in both formal and informal interactions, and tending installion organizion meetings to advoce for MWR. The incumbent will collabore with MWR and Liberty managers, as well as MWR Marketing, to develop programming and ensure marketing efforts are well targeted and approprie for the Junior Sailor community. The incumbent is responsible for contributing to the development of installion Single Sailor Liberty programming. This involves collecting informion, offering insights, genering initiives targeting the Junior Sailor populion, and ghering feedback from Junior Sailors on desired programs, accessibility, and availability. The services provided may be highly visible and directly contribute to the success and utilizion of the overall installion services, facilities and programs directly contributing to customer sisfaction. Contacts are with MWR and Liberty customers, program participants, members of the command Junior Sailor community, as well as other various military and civilian personnel providing services and assistance, along with volunteers and other staff members. Contact with Junior Service members are for the purpose of advocing and educing them on the MWR and Liberty programs, events and services offered. Additionally, to assess the needs and interests of the Junior Sailor Community to support MWR programming, events, and marketing development. Contact with Command Military and civilians is as advoce for the MWR/Liberty Program. Work may require sitting, walking, long periods of standing, bending, and lifting of modere heavy items up to 40 pounds, occasionally required to lift heavier items. Work may require lifting items such as papers, books, rental equipment, and hletic equipment. Work may require participion in trips, tours and outings th may involve rigorous outdoor activities such as hiking, mt. biking, and other such activities. Requirements Help Conditions of employment Must meet Federal Employment suitability requirements and successful completion of background investigion. Background Investigions are conducted using fingerprint identificion and completion of background inquiry forms. Must successfully pass the E-Verify employment verificion check. Any discrepancies must be resolved as a condition of employment. Work is performed both indoors and outdoors, without a fixed schedule. Administrive work is performed in a normal office setting. Irregular working hours may be required to include early shift, le shift, evenings, weekends and holidays when the need arises. May have to obtain and maintain the following certificion within 90 days of hire: Emergency First Responder or Cardiopulmonary Resuscition, Food Handlers and/or C.A.R.E (Controlling Alcohol Risks Effectively). Knowledge of basic computer operions and keyboarding skills to include operion of desktop computers. Knowledge of the elements of the MWR department, enabling the ability to answer customer questions and/or refer them to the approprie activity. Knowledge of business, military, and government protocol; safety and security with regard to written and verbal correspondence. Knowledgeable on contemporary social media methods and plforms and utilizing them for communicion. Knowledge of CNIC's organizional structure, functions, and mission. Skills in basic reading comprehension in order to adhere to published rules, regulions, standard opering procedures, checklists, and other guides. Skills in the use of Microsoft Office Programs (e.g., Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook). Ability to prepare clear, concise, and technically sound reports reled to work within the program. Ability to apply basic customer service delivery methods to identify customer needs, deliver expected service, and/or resolve routine customer issues.
