Key Responsibilities Escort residents to scheduled day, evening and weekend activities within the community and outings. Assist and participate with residents during activities Attend and assist residents on outings Implement plan of care in relation to activities as appropriate to the level of living Document and manage "Activity Daily Sheets" for activity participation Participate in the organizing and scheduling of community events Share your thoughts and ideas with the team Other duties as assigned What You Will Need High school diploma or GED 1-2 years of experience working with the elderly Current unrestricted driver's license in the state of California. Critical thinking, team player. Self-Starter, Energetic, Enjoys being with people Have experience with Dementia and Alzheimer residents. Experience with Caremerge and IN2L Systems.
