We are a high-energy children's fitness facility offering gymnastics, American Ninja Warrior obstacle training, camps, and unforgettable birthday parties. Our mission is to help kids build confidence, strength, and coordination—all while having a blast.

Position Overview:

We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and playful team members to join our staff! This is a part-time role with flexible scheduling, perfect for individuals who enjoy working with kids in an active, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Lead and assist children's classes in gymnastics and ninja-style obstacle training Coach kids in a fun, safe, and encouraging way Supervise and engage children during camps and open gym sessions Host and facilitate birthday parties, ensuring a memorable experience for guests Set up and clean up equipment and activity areas Communicate effectively with parents and team members Maintain a safe and positive environment at all times

Qualifications:

Experience working with children (coaching, teaching, babysitting, camps, etc.) preferred Background in gymnastics, parkour, cheer, sports, or fitness is a plus (but not required) Energetic, patient, and outgoing personality Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to stay active and on your feet for extended periods Must be reliable and punctual
