Job Description

Canyon Springs Post-Acute Care is seeking an energetic, Bilingual Activity Assistant to join our premier skilled nursing team in San Jose. We are looking for a dedicated individual to help our residents stay active, social, and engaged through creative programming.
Pay:
$18.45 per hour
Type:
Full Time or Part-Time Location:
180 North Jackson, San Jose, CA (Next to Regional Medical Center) The Role Working directly with the Activity Director, you will implement programs designed to meet the physical and mental needs of our residents. You will play a key role in fostering a vibrant social community within our facility. Key Responsibilities Lead group activities and individual engagement sessions. Assist in the planning and execution of social and recreational events. Encourage resident participation to improve quality of life. Maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines for resident care. Help organize and set up materials for daily programs.
Requirements Bilingual Skills:
Must be fluent in Vietnamese or Spanish.
Passion:
A genuine desire to work with seniors in a post-acute setting.
Reliability:
Strong attendance and a commitment to resident safety.
