Are you passionate about fitness, sales, and helping people transform their lives? Circuit Works Fitness Studio in Santa Monica is looking for a driven, reliable, and outgoing Fitness Consultant to join our team. This is a part-time role with real opportunities to grow into leadership and management positions.
What You'll Do:
Be the first point of contact — greet clients, build relationships, and create an amazing studio experience. Conduct client consultations to understand goals and recommend the right programs. Follow up with leads and confidently close sales on memberships, classes, and training. Match clients with the right trainers and programs to maximize results. Support daily studio operations with professionalism and enthusiasm. ✅
What We're Looking For:
Strong background in fitness, wellness, or sales (studio/fitness experience a plus). Excellent communication and customer service skills. Outgoing, approachable, and confident in promoting services. Organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A self-starter who wants to grow a career in the fitness industry . Why Circuit Works?
