Overview Join our vibrant team as a Sierra Strides Kids Empowerment Coach, where your energy and passion will inspire children to develop confidence, resilience, and essential life skills through engaging physical activities and character-building programs. In this role, you will lead dynamic sessions that combine sports, games and recreational activities to foster a positive environment for growth. Your enthusiasm will help children discover their potential while promoting healthy habits and social-emotional development. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in young lives while honing your coaching and leadership skills. Responsibilities Lead engaging games and running activities for students (grades 1-6) Teach simple life lessons (confidence, goal setting, teamwork) Create a fun, structured, and safe environment Manage groups of students independently Set up and clean up equipment daily Communicate with site staff and follow program expectations Requirements Must be 18 years or older Passion for working with children Strong communication skills Reliable and dependable Must have at least 48 college units or pass the Instructional Aide test
