ABOUT THE ROLE

This busy role will require exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and be proactive. You'll spearhead the sales for Studio Pilates Arvada West and play a pivotal role in the team's ongoing success. We're expanding our front desk team. Looking for 1-2 people to work days, afternoon/evenings or a mix of both. Some sub coverage may be available.

8a-12:30p The role of Sales & Front Desk Coordinator includes, but is not limited to:

• Inspiring and friendly phone and people skills
• Spearhead and drive studio sales alongside the studio owner and team
• Effectively influence through connection, passion, and charisma
• Turn a lead into a sale
• Get excited about hitting targets and always striving to do better
• A warm personality and love for fitness, can quickly build relationships with clients—initially over the phone, then face-to-face at the studio
• Welcoming new clients into our space—not afraid of public speaking or addressing a group
• Passionate about Pilates, health, and wellness
• Is enthusiastic, outgoing, and loves connecting with new people
• Makes every member that walks through the door feel special and helps motivate them for their workout
• People-oriented and confident
• Reliable and a great team player
• Assist members by answering questions and completing any retail transactions
• Ensuring your studio maintains a welcoming manner and is tidy at all times—some vacuuming and light cleaning per shift
• Attend team professional development sessions, social events, and gatherings
• Wearing the Studio Pilates uniform according to uniform guidelines
• Collaborate and brainstorm new sales tactics with the team
