Job Description
Pay:
$18.00- $35.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise camp tennis lessons (additional staff of 3-5) 4 days a week. Planning and running the day with fun and engaging drills and games for each age level while coaching the junior staff how to effectively run the programming. Develop indoor and outdoor camp drills to maintain industry standards and maintain fun with the kids. Promote and implement center programs, lessons, and events to increase player Provide a remarkable member experience by caring and connecting with students Develop the junior program curriculum with the director. Help train our team to make sure they keep up with teaching/feeding best practices Help plan and run tournaments and events Assist with coordination of facility maintenance as needed Consistently express enthusiasm for the sport of tennis Put away all equipment after use and make sure the center looks clean and organized Exceptional tennis technical and analytical skills Excellent communication skills (oral and written) Past or present 4.5+ rated tennis player preferredCompetencies:

REQUIRED EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications (must be obtained within 60 days of hire) Pay Range- Administration $18 Camp Supervisor $20
- 35 Commissionable items
- 80% of all Private Lessons, Adult Groups, Junior Instructional revenue goes to the professional.
