Recreation Center Coordinator/Concierge

Overview Lakota Canyon Ranch has an immediate opening for a Recreation Center Coordinator/Concierge. The Coordinator/Concierge will deliver a welcoming experience for members of the thriving Lakota Canyon Ranch community, overseeing the amenities that include fitness center, event rooms, lounge areas, and pool. The Coordinator/Concierge will coordinate smooth operations of the facility and engage with members to ensure a first-class experience. Customer service experience or events management and guest services within hospitality or resort settings is highly desirable. This is a full-time year-round position with benefits. Duties Administer front desk operations, greet members and guests with warmth, professionalism, and exceptional customer service Coordinate processes for recreational events, room rentals, classes, or other activities to ensure smooth operations Handle conflicts or concerns promptly, using conflict management skills to resolve issues effectively Maintain cleanliness and operational standards within the facility, which may include regular custodial work and coordination of outside vendors for maintenance services and projects Manage and update community calendar, website, social media, and other event marketing tools Ensure hours of operation and staffing levels are maintained Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills (email, social media, in person) Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally Willingness to obtain pool cleaning/testing certification is highly desirable Ability to work independently and proactively with critical thinking and problem-solving skills, while supporting the community organization directives
