Coaches and Site Leads serve our kids and families by providing a safe and fun experience on the field. This is a part time position. If you're ready to embark on a career that will impact your life and your community while having lots of fun in the process, keep scrolling … Site Lead responsibilities include, but not limited to: Serve as direct contact with the kids and families to assure that they are having a safe and fun experience Leader of the whole program to make sure everything runs smoothly each week Able to pick up equipment from storage units to transport to site and return once the program is completed Leader of administrative responsibilities: checking kids in and out, name tags, shifts, first aid, water and snacks Make GroupMe RSVP's and send program communication to players prior to the start of each program Complete shift logs at the end of each program Jump in as coach to support if needed We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, gender identity, marital or veteran status, or any other protected class.
