Activity Aide

Activity Aide Indigo Manor Nursing and Rehab Join our compassionate team at Indigo Manor Nursing and Rehab, where we strive to reach out with our hearts and touch the hearts of others. We are seeking a dedicated Activity Aide to join our team! As an Activity Aide, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by providing engaging activities and programs that foster socialization, creativity, and physical well-being.

Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and implementing recreational activities, such as games, arts, and crafts, and outdoor excursions Lead and participate in group activities, ensuring a fun and inclusive environment for all residents Encourage socialization and interaction among residents, staff, and volunteers Assist with recreational therapy programs and outings Maintain a clean and organized activity department, including the preparation and storage of supplies

Requirements:

1 years of experience preferred in Long Term sitting, but willing to train the right candidate High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Part- schedule will be every Friday, Saturday and Sunday( 8 hrs a day/24 hrs for the 3 days) How to
