Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Community Activities Coordinator to energize and enrich the lives of residents in our community. In this vital role, you will design, organize, and oversee engaging recreational activities that promote social interaction. Your enthusiasm and creativity will foster a vibrant community environment where residents feel valued, connected, and inspired to live their best lives every day. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference while utilizing your skills in event planning. Responsibilities Develop and implement a diverse calendar of engaging activities tailored to residents' interests. Coordinate special events and manage amenities. Collaborate with staff and residents for personalized activity planning Facilitate group activities. Manage scheduling logistics for activities, ensuring smooth execution and timely communication with staff and residents Assist residents with activities during events to promote a great experience. Maintain accurate records of participation, resident feedback, and activity outcomes to continually improve program offerings Requirements Proven experience in event planning. Knowledge of the community. Flexible to work evening, weekends and some holidays during planned events. Strong communication skills to effectively engage residents, families, and staff members Ability to manage schedules efficiently while balancing multiple activities throughout the day Computer skills Social Media experience Demonstrated ability to foster a positive community atmosphere through creative programming Join us in creating a lively, supportive environment where every resident feels connected and celebrated! Pay:
$45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
