Job Responsibilities:

Assist the Studio Manager in running daily studio operations smoothly and efficiently Drive sales through memberships, packages, and retail, meeting and exceeding monthly targets Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every member feels welcomed, supported, and valued Manage front desk operations, scheduling, and client communications Support team training and contribute to a positive, motivated studio culture Help organize events, promotions, and community outreach

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related leadership role (fitness or wellness industry preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a busy environment. A passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. Nationally accredited training certification or B.A. in Exercise Science or related field, preferred Current CPR Certification or to be obtained within three months of start date
