Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and facilitate engaging daily activities and recreational therapies tailored to residents' interests and abilities Assess residents' needs and preferences to develop personalized activity plans Foster a warm, inclusive, and supportive environment that encourages social interaction and participation Collaborate with staff and family members to ensure activities align with residents' health and wellness goals Monitor and document residents' participation and progress in activities Maintain a safe and clean activity space, adhering to all safety protocols Stay informed about best practices in senior recreation and therapeutic activities

Skills and Qualifications:
