Tuesday, July 21, 2026, by 11:55 p.m. We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Coordinator of Recreational Sports for Outdoor Recreation to join our dynamic team and help bring engaging, educational outdoor experiences to life for students, faculty, and staff. This role will hire, train, schedule, supervise, and evaluate a team of student staff, fostering a positive, accountable, and high-performing work environment. The coordinator plays a key role in supporting the program's vision and goals while ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly. Responsibilities include assisting with the planning and execution of outdoor programs, adventure trips, special events, and gear rentals, as well as maintaining compliance with policies and procedures related to facilities, risk management, and trip safety. The position also partners with campus and community groups to enhance programming, ideal for a highly organized leader passionate about outdoor recreation and student development.
