Summer Position Start:

Immediate Join One of North Miami Beach's Top Summer Camps! NMB Best Kids Camps is looking for an energetic, responsible, and enthusiastic Summer Camp Coach to join our team immediately. If you enjoy working with children, love being active, and want to make a positive impact every day, we'd love to meet you. This is much more than babysitting—we create an environment where children build confidence, learn new skills, stay active, and have fun in a safe and structured setting. Responsibilities Supervise and engage groups of children (ages 5-12) Lead games, sports, and outdoor activities Assist with arts & crafts and daily camp activities Help maintain a safe, positive, and organized environment Encourage teamwork, respect, and good behavior Assist with breakfast and lunch, transitions, and daily routines Work closely with camp leadership and other coaches Communicate professionally with parents when needed Qualifications Experience working with children preferred (camp, school, daycare, sports, after-school, tutoring, coaching, etc.) Positive attitude and high energy Reliable and punctual Strong communication skills Patient, responsible, and professional Able to stay active throughout the day Pass a background check CPR/First Aid certification is a plus (not required) What We Offer Free Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training Leadership and coaching development Opportunity for year-round employment after the summer Positive, family-oriented work environment Career growth opportunities into an After School Coach or Program Leader role Hands-on experience working with children in a structured, professional environment Supportive team culture where your work truly makes a difference
