Responsibilities Lead and supervise daily camp activities, including sports, arts and crafts, educational games, and outdoor adventures. Develop age-appropriate curriculum plans that incorporate learning technology and innovative instructional strategies. Support children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities or special education requirements, ensuring an inclusive experience. Manage classroom dynamics by applying effective behavior management techniques and conflict resolution skills. Foster a safe environment by enforcing safety protocols, supervising children during activities, and maintaining clear communication with team members. Assist with lesson planning and adapt instructional materials to meet individual learning styles and developmental stages. Collaborate with colleagues to organize special events, themed weeks, and community-building activities that enhance camper engagement. Qualifications Prior experience working with children in educational settings such as preschool, daycare, or summer camps is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, classroom management, and behavior management strategies. Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, and instructional design tailored for early childhood education or elementary levels. Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special education needs is a plus. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and team members. Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations while maintaining a positive attitude and energetic approach. Knowledge of learning technology tools such as LMS (Learning Management Systems) or digital educational resources is advantageous.
