High School Diploma:

Required Complexity

• Ability to be flexible in order to meet the adults individual needs and change schedules according to unexpected events.
• Ability to accept and carry out standards set by the ADT Director.
• Ability to persevere, and to be patient.
• Mental and physical endurance.
• Ability to relate and communicate with students and parents.
• Ability to cooperate with other supervisors and collogues.
• Safety Conscious. Must have excellent interpersonal skills; experience with intellectually disabled preferred .
• Good communication skills, including being adaptive to the audience, are required.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Ability to assign and maintain discipline of self and clients in the Adult Day Training Program.
• Ability to stimulate and involve clients for personal care, chores, recreational or group activities. . Ability in strategies to accomplish goals and of writing monthly and quarterly reports.
• Must be supportive of the mission and tenets of the Roman Catholic Church. Experience in a Roman Catholic environment is preferred.
• Must have a pleasant, service-oriented demeanor.
