Summer Camp Counselor (Seasonal)

We are seeking a highly energetic and outgoing person to join our team and assist with our upcoming 2026 Summer Camp Program. As a counselor, you will work with other counselors to plan games/crafts for the children, supervise groups on field trips, and helping maintain the safety of students and cleanliness of the facility. This is a temporary seasonal position with opportunities available for year-round employment once summer has ended. Hours range from 25-30 a week, specifically morning shifts during summer. We all work very well together, and we seek a team player to join us! Duties include but not limited to: Planning and organizing games, crafts, and activities according to our scheduled camp themes Working with other counselors to carry out games and activities, to stay on schedule throughout the day Supervising 10-15 students and enforcing general safety rules of summer camp. Manage student helpers to assist in activities and clean-up Taking attendance and monitoring students as they check in and out of camp Handling inbound phone calls, and taking notes on who called Setting trial appointments/gathering inbound phone call leads Interacting and communicating with the parents on any information regarding camp/their child throughout the day Using Google and Microsoft Office Share in the responsibility for the cleanliness of the facility and vans.

Requirements:

Valid U.S. driver's license Clean driving record. Experience working with children ages 6-12, organizing activities and playing games Ability to manage time and follow a set camp schedule Strong communication skills, ability to lead activities, maintain control of group, and manage any conflict among campers throughout the day Creativity and tons of enthusiasm to share with our students!
