In this dynamic role, you will Help schedule games, Deal with potential recruits, and help run the day to dat operations. Duties oversee basketball training sessions, ensuring all activities are engaging, safe, and aligned with developmental goals Develop coaching plans that incorporate fundamental skills, game strategies, and sportsmanship principles Organize and coordinate basketball tournaments, leagues, and special events to promote active participation Train assistant coaches and volunteers to uphold high standards of coaching quality and behavior management Foster a positive team environment by encouraging teamwork, discipline, and respect among participants Monitor participant progress and provide constructive feedback to support individual growth Collaborate with coaches on needs. Requirements Proven experience in sports coaching, particularly basketball. Strong teaching skills with the ability to work effectively with children and youth of diverse backgrounds Knowledge of behavior management techniques to promote discipline and positive conduct during activities Familiarity with managing a large group. Ability to lead dynamic sessions while maintaining safety standards within a health club or gym environment Excellent communication skills to motivate participants, collaborate with team members, and engage parents or guardians when needed

$30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
