Seasonal | Summer Camp Hours (Daytime Shifts) Join the Fun This Summer! Brevard County Parks & Recreation is hiring energetic, responsible, and enthusiastic Camp Counselors to help create a safe, engaging, and memorable summer camp experience for children in our community! If you enjoy working with kids and love recreational activities, this is a great entry-level opportunity to gain hands-on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and engage children in daily camp activities Assist with recreational games, sports, arts & crafts, and group activities Ensure the safety and well-being of all campers Maintain a positive, inclusive, and structured environment Support camp leaders with daily operations Perform related duties as required
Minimum Requirements:
Must be 16 years of age or older Minimum experience in childcare, babysitting, volunteering, or similar roles Entry-level knowledge of recreational activities Reliable transportation Willingness to submit to a drug screening and background check Ability to work outdoors in Florida summer conditions Why Work With Us?
