Summer Camp Counselors & Coaches 360 Gymnastics | Stuart, FL Looking for a fun, active summer job? Join our team at 360 Gymnastics! We're hiring energetic, responsible, and engaging individuals to work with kids in our high-energy summer camp program. This is not a sit-around job—you'll be on your feet, involved, and making a difference every day. What You'll Do Lead and supervise groups of children in a safe, positive environment Assist with gymnastics instruction, games, and structured activities Keep kids engaged through sports, obstacle courses, crafts, and themed events Help manage transitions, maintain organization, and support daily camp flow Ensure safety at all times while creating a fun and inclusive atmosphere Build positive relationships with campers, parents, and staff Who You Are Positive, energetic, and great with kids Responsible, reliable, and able to take direction Comfortable leading groups and staying engaged throughout your shift A team player who can jump in where needed Patient, attentive, and safety-focused Previous experience with kids, sports, or gymnastics is a plus (but not required for counselors) Coaching-Specific (if applicable) Basic gymnastics knowledge or coaching experience preferred Ability to assist with skill instruction and spotting (training provided if needed) Confident leading warm-ups, stations, and group activities Schedule Flexible weekday hours (summer camp runs Monday-Friday) Morning and afternoon shifts available Why 360? Pay:

$14.00 - $17.00 per hour
