Buckhead Center for Nursing and Healing is hiring an Activities Assistant!

We are seeking a caring and dependable Activities Assistant to perform daily planned activities with our residents at Buckhead Center for Nursing and Healing. This position requires artistic creativity, an appreciation for musical activities, and confidence in developing engaging programs for residents.
Schedule:
10am-6pm The Activities Assistant role includes: Assist the Activities Director in all aspects of the activities program Implement the current activities schedule Assist bed-bound residents with one-to-one activities Provide facility craft supplies and materials to residents and assist with activities Assist in identifying and monitoring the spiritual, social, recreational, and emotional needs of residents through routine interviews and visits What you bring: Prior recreation or activities experience leading programs for the geriatric or other populations is preferred, or general experience working with the elderly population We highly value your dedication and commitment to our mission.
