The Opportunity We are currently seeking a dedicated Activities Assistant What You Will Do Participate in engaging activities including live entertainment, off-site daytrips that promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being for residents. Follow individualized activity plans that cater to the unique needs of residents with dementia or other cognitive impairments. Collaborate with staff to ensure activities align with residents' preferences and abilities. Facilitate recreational therapy sessions aimed at enhancing residents' quality of life. Maintain accurate records of participation and outcomes related to activities.
