Duties Greet members and guests warmly, providing exceptional customer service and guest support throughout their visit Monitor the gym area to ensure safety protocols are followed and equipment is used properly Handle cash transactions accurately for memberships, merchandise, or food services at the facility Assist with organizing and managing fitness events or group activities to engage members actively Enforce rules and resolve conflicts promptly with professionalism and tact to maintain a harmonious environment Conduct routine inspections of the facility, including cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and safety checks Support lifeguard duties when applicable, ensuring water safety during pool or aquatic activities Engage with children or youth programs as needed, promoting a safe and enjoyable experience for younger guests Experience Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or food service environments is highly valued Background in events management or organizing group activities enhances your ability to coordinate engaging programs Conflict management skills are essential for resolving issues swiftly and maintaining a positive atmosphere Lifeguard experience or certifications are preferred to support aquatic safety initiatives Working with children or in resort settings demonstrates your ability to connect with diverse guest groups Public speaking skills help in leading fitness classes or informational sessions confidently Familiarity with theater or entertainment settings can contribute to creating lively, memorable events at the facility Join us in delivering an energetic, engaging experience that promotes health, happiness, and community!
