The University of North Georgia is currently accepting applications for a Student Assistant in the 1873 Shop on the Dahlonega Campus. As a Student Assistant you will preform a variety of duties such as: stocking, cashiering and customer service responsibilities to help maintain the 1873 Shop. Help maintain sales floor; maintaining stock levels, assists customers, and cashiering. Assists in inventory and other related duties. Assist in maintaining clean and visually appealing sales floor. Assist in uniform fittings and other related duties during FROG week. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Requires a basic knowledge of grammar, spelling, punctuation and simple mathematical functions. Requires excellent customer service skills and effective communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and work with little supervision. Must be enrolled at the University of North Georgia in a minimum of six (6) credit hours to qualify as a student worker. Six months of retail experience preferred.
