Indian Hills Country Club is a family-oriented private country club in East Cobb/Marietta, GA, offering 27 holes of golf, tennis and pickleball facilities, pools, dining, and year-round social events. We are seeking an energetic Part-Time Pickleball Professional to join our racquet sports team. This role will provide quality instruction, support clinics and events, and help create a fun, welcoming, and engaging pickleball experience for members of all ages and skill levels. What You'll Do Provide private and group pickleball instruction for adults, juniors, and seniors. Assist with clinics, leagues, round robins, ladders, tournaments, socials, and other programs. Help welcome new members through pickleball orientations and program introductions. Promote participation, member engagement, and overall enjoyment of the sport. Maintain clean, safe, and organized courts and equipment. Interact professionally with members, guests, and staff while supporting club standards. Assist with scheduling, court reservations, program communication, and daily assignments as needed. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is friendly, energetic, and passionate about pickleball, with strong communication skills and a service-minded approach. Prior coaching or playing experience is preferred, along with the ability to work with players of all ages and skill levels in a private club environment. Qualifications Knowledge of pickleball rules, techniques, and teaching methods. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. PPR, USPTA, or PTR certification preferred , or willingness to pursue. CPR/First Aid certification preferred. Evenings, weekends & holidays availability required.
