White Columns Country Club - Milton, GA Arcis Golf team members thrive on anticipating needs, forging connections, and elevating experiences for our team, members, and guests. Club Location:

We are an inclusive team of unique individuals who show up each day with a grateful spirit, humble heart, and a genuine respect for one another. We are seeking enthusiastic and responsible Camp Counselors to oversee and engage with our young members & guests during summer camps and recreational activities at White Columns Country Club. The ideal candidate will create a fun, safe, and nurturing environment, ensuring all participants have an enjoyable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead group activities, games, and sports for children Ensure the safety and well-being of all campers at all times Foster positive relationships and promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and good behavior Assist with setting up activities and maintaining a clean, organized space Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and campers Enforce rules and safety protocols consistently Provide first aid and respond appropriately to emergencies
Qualifications:
Must be at least 17 years old Previous experience working with children or in recreational settings is a plus CPR certification is helpful but not required; training may be provided Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to work outdoors and stand for extended periods Energetic, responsible, and enthusiastic about working with children
