Job Description
We are currently accepting applications for a Full-Time Activity Assistant. This position requires flexibility and also the ability to work evenings and weekends. This position is Tuesday through Saturday. Activity Assistant Azria Health has things happening every day! Do you want to be part of a team that is passionate about providing compassion and quality care for each of our residents? We currently have an opening for a FT Activity Assistant. The successful qualified candidates will be part of an incredible team that helps to ensure that each of our residents is given the best quality of care and wonderful stay that they expect and deserve. Responsibilities and Duties Provide individual and group activities according to the individualized resident treatment plan Provide some transportation to/from activities or res. appointments. Complete accurate documentation.
