Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as our Activities Center Supervisor where your primary responsibility will be overseeing the general operations of our Activities Center and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere is provided to all guests. Lake Williamson Christian Center has been a trusted name in Christian Hospitality for over 60 years, it is our mission to joyfully honor God by offering hospitality and facilities that exceed expectations where our guests can be restored, renewed, and reconnected to God.
Duties:
Maintain weekly employee schedules to ensure adequate staff is maintained to provide efficient services to guests. Provide direct oversight, training, guidance and support to ensure your team meets goals and performs tasks effectively. Provide exceptional guest service to guests, while displaying a joyous and kind attitude. Maintain adequate inventory of recreation equipment and gift shop products. Responsible for a budget and daily deposits. General cleaning of the Activities Center building including but not limited to vacuum and mop floors, windows, trash, sanitizing equipment. General maintenance tasks including but not limited to paint touch-up, stain removal, moving and repairing recreation equipment.
Skills:
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests, group leaders, and fellow team members. Ability to handle multiple tasks and cope with interruption. Strong human relations and interpersonal skills with the ability to work harmoniously with different personality types. Excellent problem-solving and time management skills. Attention to detail. Computer experience and knowledge in Microsoft Office programs. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Must be available to work in other departments. Must be available to work extended hours on short notice. Must have a valid driver's license. Must be able to lift/move up to 75 pounds unaided. Must be able to stand/walk for consecutive hours. $18.00 per hour
