$17.78 - $ 20.86 per hour How you'll make an impact in this role: Conduct individualized activity assessments to identify interests, abilities, and preferences while supporting personalized treatment goals and care plans in a skilled nursing setting. Facilitate and actively participate in recreational, therapeutic, social, and group activities that promote resident wellness, independence, and quality of life. Ensure activity areas, equipment, and supplies are clean, safe, well-stocked, and organized to provide a welcoming environment for residents and staff. Complete clerical duties including documentation, attendance records, activity calendars, supply inventory, and other administrative tasks as assigned to support the Activities Department. Registration:
One or more of the following required: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
