Responsibilities:

Assist the Activity Director in planning, organizing, and implementing activities that cater to the diverse interests and needs of our residents Lead and participate in various activities, such as arts and crafts, games, and outings, to promote socialization, cognitive stimulation, and physical exercise Develop and maintain relationships with residents, understanding their unique needs and preferences to provide personalized care and support Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to identify and address residents' needs, ensuring a holistic approach to care Maintain accurate records of activities, including attendance, notes, and participant feedback About the
