Job Description
Activity Assistant Join our team at Hope Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, a compassionate and dedicated healthcare provider, where we strive to "reach out with our hearts and touch the hearts of others." As an Activity Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the overall well-being of our residents by creating a welcoming and engaging environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Activity Director in planning, organizing, and implementing activities that cater to the diverse interests and needs of our residents Lead and participate in various activities, such as arts and crafts, games, and outings, to promote socialization, cognitive stimulation, and physical exercise Develop and maintain relationships with residents, understanding their unique needs and preferences to provide personalized care and support Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to identify and address residents' needs, ensuring a holistic approach to care Maintain accurate records of activities, including attendance, notes, and participant feedback About theRole:
