Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and coordinating activities, games, and events for residents, including outings, parties, and holiday celebrations Develop and maintain a monthly activities calendar, ensuring a variety of activities are offered to cater to diverse interests and abilities Collaborate with other team members to design and implement activities that promote socialization, cognitive stimulation, and physical activity Assist with arrangements for off-site activities, transportation, and accommodations as needed Encourage resident participation and engagement in activities, providing support and assistance as required Maintain accurate records of activities, attendance, and resident feedback Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in senior care activities

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum 0 years of experience in a senior living or healthcare setting preferred Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to lift and handle materials as needed (up to 25 pounds)
