Activity Assistant | Highland Healthcare Center Looking for a fun, meaningful job in long-term care? Highland Healthcare Center is hiring Activity Assistants to help support and engage our residents every day.

What You'll Do:

Lead activities that bring joy, movement, and connection to residents Help plan and organize activity calendars Assist residents getting to and from activities Build positive relationships with residents and families Support with simple tasks as needed (passing water, answering call lights, etc.)

What We're Looking For:

Experience in activities or long-term care is a plus (but not required!) Creative, outgoing, and comfortable motivating residents Reliable and organized team player Passion for helping others and working with seniors
