Welcome Weekend (WW) is a 3-day program that helps new students at the University of St. Francis connect with peers, faculty, staff, and campus life. Our goal is to create excitement and help students feel at home as they begin their journey at USF. OLs serve as role models and key resources for incoming students and their families. They lead activities, share important campus information, and work closely with faculty and staff to ensure a smooth and positive transition to college life. What will I do as an Orientation Leader? Help plan and lead Welcome Week
Be a go-to resource for incoming first-year students
Lead fun activities, group discussions, and events (both large and small)
Share the traditions, spirit, and pride of the University of St. Francis
Create a welcoming, positive, and inclusive environment for new students
Show what it truly means to be a Saint Qualifications What are the qualifications to become an Orientation Leader? Minimum 2.5 GPA and good academic standing
Good conduct standing
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and willingness to help others
Ability to work well in a team
Reliable, responsible, and organized
Comfortable leading groups and speaking in front of others
Available from August 10th-August 16th
Enthusiastic about the University of St. Francis and helping new students Pay Rate Hourly $15.00
