$18.00 per hour About Boulder Ridge Country Club Boulder Ridge Country Club is a premier private club offering exceptional golf, racquet sports, aquatics, dining, and family experiences for our members and guests. We are seeking energetic, responsible, and enthusiastic Kids Camp Counselors to help create a fun, safe, and memorable summer experience for our young campers. Position Summary The Kids Camp Counselor is responsible for supervising and engaging children in a variety of recreational activities throughout our summer camp program. Counselors will lead games, assist with daily activities, promote a positive camp environment, and ensure the safety and well-being of all participants. This is a seasonal position that runs during the month of July, with camp operating Monday through Friday from approximately 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Essential Responsibilities Supervise and engage children in daily camp activities Lead and participate in games, team-building exercises, and recreational activities Assist with activities including swimming, pickleball, golf, tennis, and other outdoor games Promote a positive, inclusive, and fun environment for all campers Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times Monitor camper behavior and address concerns appropriately Assist with camp setup, cleanup, and organization of supplies and equipment Communicate effectively with fellow counselors, camp leadership, and parents as needed Follow all club policies, safety procedures, and emergency protocols Qualifications Previous experience working with children is preferred Must be energetic, dependable, patient, and enthusiastic Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a team environment Comfortable participating in outdoor activities throughout the day CPR/First Aid certification is a plus, but not required Must be available to work weekdays throughout the month of
