Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and implement recreational activities, social events, and outings to promote resident engagement and interaction Develop and maintain a comprehensive activity program, taking into account individual resident preferences and needs Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans, ensuring continuity of care Maintain accurate records of resident participation and progress Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment

Requirements:

0 years of experience in a healthcare setting (training provided) High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate and caring approach to working with residents and families Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
