In This Role You Will:

Partner with the Life Enrichment Manager to plan, coordinate, and facilitate engaging group and one-on-one activities that enhance residents' quality of life. Create meaningful moments through one-on-one interactions such as reading, reminiscing, and individualized engagement. Communicate respectfully and effectively with residents, families, team members, and external partners while addressing challenges with professionalism and compassion. Help create and support a monthly activity calendar that includes evening, weekend, and holiday programming Lead and support a variety of programs including seated stretching exercises, games, crafts, meals, parties, entertainment, baking activities, and special events. Coordinate and assist with resident transportation for outings, appointments, and community events such as restaurant visits, sporting events, and entertainment venues. Maintain activity supplies and provide opportunities for residents to engage independently. Promote resident engagement by posting reminders, decorating activity spaces, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Support residents with varying physical, cognitive, and emotional needs with patience, creativity, and compassion.

Shift & Schedule Details:

Every other Weekends from 8:30am - 4:30pm and week days as needed in the morning and evening

Who You Are:

You have a high school diploma or GED equivalent. You are a strong communicator who is respectful, clear, and professional both verbally and in writing. You are comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team. You are organized and dependable, able to prioritize tasks and work evenings and/or weekends as needed.
