Home Life Enrichment & Activities Coordinator Life Enrichment Coordinator (Assisted Living) Golden Years Homestead | Greencroft Communities
Pay:
$13.18 - $16.83 per hour) Golden Years Homestead is seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator to support engaging activities and programs for residents in our assisted living community. This role focuses on creating meaningful experiences that promote social connection, purpose, and enjoyment. You'll work closely with the Director of Life Enrichment to help plan and coordinate daily activities, support resident engagement, and ensure programs run smoothly. This is a hands-on role with no direct reports. What You'll Do Assist with planning and leading daily resident activities and events Help maintain monthly activity calendars Encourage resident participation and engagement Support documentation and regulatory compliance Maintain activity supplies, spaces, and equipment Collaborate with team members to support resident needs Bring creativity and new ideas to enhance programming What We're Looking For Interest in working with older adults in an assisted living setting Strong communication and people skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer skills Valid driver's license
Preferred:
