Job Description

Parks and Recreation Full Time Landscaping Coordinator Job Description/Requirements:
Report directly to the Superintendent of Parks and Recreation Maintain all landscaping beds throughout the town. Plant and care for annuals/perennials. Assist in the planning of the annual beds, hanging plants, and pots. Work closely with greenhouses and nurseries. Trim trees and shrubbery. Trim and mow areas as instructed and as needed. Oversee part-time help as needed. Assist in the maintenance of delinquent yards. Assist in the maintenance needs of programs and events. Assist in the snow removal process. Assist in set up/maintenance/tear down of Christmas lights. Assist in set up/maintenance/tear down of Parks events and programs as needed. Possess a creative mind and understanding of how to bring ideas to reality. Master Gardner background preferred. Able to lift 50lbs. Must have a valid Driver's License Must pass background check and drug screen
