Part-Time Activity Assistant Are you compassionate, outgoing, and looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in someone's life? We are seeking a Part-Time Activity Assistant to join our long-term care team. In this role, you will help plan and lead engaging activities that bring joy, purpose, and social connection to our residents.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 12:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. One Saturday per month required

Responsibilities Include:

Assisting with recreational, social, and educational activities Encouraging resident participation and engagement Building positive relationships with residents and families Helping create a fun, welcoming, and supportive environment Assisting with activity setup, cleanup, and special events Transporting residents to and from activities, outings, and campus events using a 6-passenger golf cart and small passenger bus

Qualifications:

Compassionate, caring, and patient Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills Ability to work well with older adults Dependable and team-oriented Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must be comfortable and willing to safely drive a 6-passenger golf cart and small passenger bus Experience in activities, recreation, healthcare, or customer service is helpful but not required Why Join Us?
