Recreational Program Coordinator

Join the SarahCare Team - Recreational Program Coordinator Do you enjoy helping older adults and adults with disabilities stay active, engaged, and connected? At SarahCare, we are looking for a compassionate, energetic, and creative Recreational Program Coordinator to lead meaningful activities and wellness programming in our Adult Day Services center. What You'll Do Plan and coordinate engaging daily recreational and wellness activities Lead group programs focused on socialization, cognitive stimulation, fitness, music, games, crafts, and community involvement Adapt activities to meet participants' abilities, interests, and needs Encourage participation and build positive relationships with participants and caregivers Work collaboratively with nursing staff and the interdisciplinary team Help create a fun, welcoming, and person-centered environment Qualifications Experience in recreation, activities, senior services, healthcare, or related field preferred Experience working with seniors or adults with disabilities is a plus Creative, organized, dependable, and compassionate Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to lead groups and create engaging experiences Why SarahCare?
