In this PRN Activities Assistant role, you'll step into a well-established and exceptional Life Enrichment team that supports one another while delivering fun, thoughtful, and resident-centered programs. This is a flexible role with hours that vary based on department needs and may include evening and weekend shifts between the hours of 8:30 AM
  • 8:00 PM, seven days a week.
A Day in the
Life:
Lead and assist with group and one-on-one activity programs that support the emotional, cognitive, physical, and social well-being of Health Care Center residents Encourage participation with energy, positivity, and compassion Escort, encourage, remind and motivate residents to and from activities, ensuring safety and respect Collaborate with team members and therapy staff on co-led activities Contribute ideas to the monthly activity calendar and help prepare materials, decorations, and supplies Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment for activities Log resident participation and engagement accurately in documentation systems Participate in special events that involve families, volunteers, and community guests Follow safety, infection control, and departmental policies Support the team with additional responsibilities as assigned by the

Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older CPR certification required (or willing to obtain) Valid driver's license required Physical exam showing freedom from communicable disease Experience working with older adults preferred Join Us and Elevate Every Day!
