If you enjoy working with people, planning events, and bringing fun and excitement to a family-friendly resort environment, we'd love to hear from you. This position plays a key role in organizing, promoting, and facilitating activities and events for guests of all ages while helping maintain the welcoming atmosphere that makes Tiger's Trail RV Resort a premier destination in Baton Rouge. Responsibilities Plan, organize, and lead resort activities, games, crafts, tournaments, and special events Engage with guests and encourage participation in scheduled activities Assist with holiday celebrations, themed weekends, and seasonal events Set up, monitor, and clean up activity areas and event spaces Promote upcoming activities through flyers, social media, and guest communications Help maintain activity supplies and inventory Work closely with resort management and other departments to ensure successful events Provide excellent customer service and create a positive guest experience Assist with additional resort operations as needed Requirements Must pass background check Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills Ability to engage guests of all ages in a fun and professional manner Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Comfortable speaking to groups and leading activities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Weekend, holiday, and flexible schedule availability required Previous experience in hospitality, recreation, event planning, customer service, campground, RV resort, or entertainment environments is preferred but not required Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Benefits Competitive pay for all hours worked Free or discounted RV site (if applicable) Generous yearly PTO Career-like benefits Matching 401k (after 6 months of employment) Fun, dynamic, and supportive work environment
