Assistant - Programming Benchmark Senior Living - 3.3 Brighton, MA Job Details Full-time $18 an hour 15 hours ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Driver's License Full Job Description Programming Assistant Are you creative, compassionate, and passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors? We are looking for a Programming Assistant to help create engaging and meaningful experiences for residents in a warm and supportive community.
Starting wage:
$18/hour What You'll Do Assist with planning and leading daily activities and events Encourage resident participation and meaningful engagement Support memory care and dementia-friendly programming Build positive relationships with residents and families Communicate resident needs and changes with the care team Maintain activity documentation and program records What We're Looking For Compassionate, patient, and energetic personality Experience working with seniors or memory care preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills High school diploma required; related experience welcomed Valid driver's license required This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys creating positive experiences, working with people, and being part of a team that truly values compassionate care.
