Day Camp Counselor (Seasonal)

Day Camp Counselor Are you ready for a summer of fun, growth, and making a difference? Join our team as a Summer Camp Counselor at Action Adventures Day Camp for summer 2026. We're looking for enthusiastic, responsible, and creative individuals to help lead an unforgettable camp experience for children. Must be at least 16 years old. Candidates must be able to work with and communicate with children ages 5-14 of differing skill levels and provide them with the necessary instruction. Counselors will lead a multitude of interest activities such as arts and crafts, athletics, group games, and more, and must be able to maintain their activity area. Key Responsibilities:

Create and lead engaging activities such as arts & crafts, sports, nature exploration, and team-building games. Supervise campers to ensure a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment. Serve as a role model, fostering friendships and encouraging positive behavior. Assist with daily routines, including meals, transitions, and special events.

What We're Looking For:

Energetic, team-oriented individuals passionate about working with kids. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Prior experience in childcare, coaching, or education (preferred but not required). Ability to work outdoors and adapt to a dynamic schedule. Perks of the
