Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Activities Assistant to join our team. As an Activities Assistant, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing social, recreational, and therapeutic activities to enhance the overall well-being of our patients and residents. You will work closely with our Healthcare Team to design and execute activities that cater to individual needs and interests.

Responsibilities:

Plan and implement activities that promote socialization, recreation, and therapy for patients and residents, including crafts, games, and exercise programs. Collaborate with the Healthcare Team to develop and update activity plans based on individual patient and resident needs. Engage with patients and residents to encourage participation, build relationships, and promote a sense of community. Maintain accurate records of activities, attendance, and progress. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of care and services. Support staff in delivering care and services, as needed. About the
