Our Community Services team is looking for associates who will assist our residents in leading meaningful, enriched lives. As a Community Services Associate, you'll be involved in activities such as: Leading social and fitness programs Helping new residents acclimate to our community Resolving questions, concerns or issues from residents or their families. It's a fun job; but you must be able to maintain frequent and positive interaction with residents, families, guests and staff. Some of our residents are dealing with early stages of dementia, so experience in that area- even in your personal life- is highly beneficial.
